The Belgian law on commercial practices, information and consumer protection of 12 April 2010 allows the purchaser to inform the seller that he/she renounces the purchase within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product.

The goods must then be returned, undamaged, unused and unopened, within 5 working days after he informed the seller.

Vanhee Products bv can refuse or not refund returned goods when the original packaging has been opened or when the products have been damaged by the buyer.

Vanhee Products bv bears no cost or responsibility concerning the return of goods by the buyer.

Goods returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
